These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the products and services provided by CLARA&CO. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Product Information

       a. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images provided on our website or other platforms are accurate. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product information.

       b. Colors of products may vary slightly due to differences in monitors and screens. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.

2. Orders and Payment

        a. By placing an order with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your payment method.

        b. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.

        c. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. Shipping and Delivery

         a. We aim to dispatch all orders within 4-10 working days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

         b. Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery period is typically between  4 to 10 days. In the event of a late delivery exceeding this period, you may be eligible for compensation as outlined below. we will provide shipping information and tracking system by our e-mail system.

         c. Shipping fees, taxes, and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns and Refund

         a. We provide a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

         b. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

         c. ​Refund Conditions:

             â€‹Full Refund (Within 2 Days): If the return is initiated within the first 2 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund, including the original shipping charges.

​             â€‹Partial Refund (After 2 Days): After the initial 2 days, we will deduct the original shipping charges from your refund amount.

         d. For any refund requests, please email us at teamclaranco@gmail.com. Kindly mention your bill number and attach a PDF copy of your bill in the email. Our team will first call you back to understand the issue and gather feedback on how we can improve. After this initial contact, we will process your refund within two business days. ​

       i. Unboxing and Video Requirement:
            To be eligible for a refund, you must record a video of the unboxing process. This video should clearly show the unopened parcel and the product inside, capturing any potential defects or issues.
If the product is found to be defective during unboxing, please email the unboxing video to teamclaranco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
       ii. Refund Process:
             a. Once we receive and review the unboxing video, we will process your refund or provide a replacement, as per your preference.
Please note that failure to provide the unboxing video will result in the ineligibility for a refund or replacement.

             b. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
             c. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
             d. Personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Compensation for Late Delivery

          a. In the event of a delivery exceeding the specified period of 8 days, you may be eligible for compensation. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

           a. All content included on our website or other platforms, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CLARA&CO and is protected by copyright laws.

           b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

            a. In no event shall CLARA&CO, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services.

            b. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the products or services purchased from us.

8. Governing Law

                 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

                 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective  immediately upon posting on our website or other platforms.
